- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- ½ scoop Muscle Wellness Organic Whey Protein (chocolate)
- 30 – 40g oats
- Dash of cinnamon and vanilla essence
- 1tsp coconut oil
1. Beat egg whites until fluffy.
2. Add cinnamon, oats, and vanilla essence.
3. Beat for a further 10 secs.
4. Add mix to a lightly greased frying pan (use coconut oil) and cook on medium until cooked through and sides lift.
5. Turn and cook through again.
6. Cut into quarters, pack in a lunch box, and enjoy later!
