Healthy Banana Bread
- 200g mashed ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100g Muscle Wellness Protein Powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 150g wholewheat flour
- 30g coconut
- 1 Tbs dark chocolate shavings or 1 cup Muscle Wellness Organic Cacao Nibs
- ½ tsp baking powder
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C.
2. Mash up the bananas.
3. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Spoon the batter into a silicone baking / cake mould.
5. Place on the middle rack in the oven.
6. Cook for approximately 30 – 40 minutes.
7. Allow to cool and enjoy.
