Peanut Butter and Banana Shake
- 2 scoops Muscle Wellness Whey Protein
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 Tbs honey
- 300ml milk
- 1/2 banana
1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
2. Not a banana fan? Try the chocolate version - 2 scoops chocolate whey protein, 1 Tbs peanut butter, 500ml milk, and some crushed ice.
